In response to the Notice to File Missing Parts dated July 18, 2001 , Applicants
submit forfiling in this application a Declaration and Power of Attorney, a Revocation of
Power of Attorney and Grant of New Power of Attorney, the required fee of $1 30.00,
and a copy of the Notice to File Missing Parts.

The Declaration enclosed herewith is a copy of the Declaration filed with parent
application Serial No. 08/388,107, filed February 13, 1995, now abandoned. One of the
inventors has since moved and the address on the Declaration is incorrect. The new
address for Mr. David M. VanWie is: 1780 East 25 th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97403.

Filed concurrently herewith is a Revocation of Original Power of Attorney and
Grant of New Power of Attorney whereby the Assignee hereby revokes all powers of

Dunner, L.L.P. as attorneys of record.

Applicants also submit herewith substitute drawings in compliance with 37 C.F.R.
